The Department of Nano-Science at the Institute for Studies in Theoretical Physics and Mathematics (IPM) has an opening at post-doctoral level for candidates with a PhD in theoretical condensed matter physics, or a related field, to work on a project entitled "Multi-scale Modelling of the Deposition and Growth of Metallic Nano-structured Thin Films on Metallic and Graphitic Substrates". Previous experience in numerical modelling and computer-based simulation of atomistic system is essential.
