Abstract: Perturbative QCD is the sector of Standard model of particle physics that describes the strong interactions of quarks and gluons. On the other hand, QCD has experienced an impressive progress in the last few years by the requirements of the LHC experimental program. In this talk, I briefly review a selection of recent results in QCD and LHC phenomenology, and then I would like to focus on recent progress in parton distribution functions (PDFs) in unpolarized and polarized case and new developments and techniques in hadron structure.
