Abstract: MT2 is a new variable which was introduced to measure the sparticle masses, but it is shown that it can be very powerful to isolate the SUSY signal from the SM backgrounds. In this search, this variable is used to observe or exclude SUSY. Data driven methods are used to estimate the SM backgrounds. A review of the search strategy with emphasize on the estimation of the tau background is shown.
