Abstract: We introduce Lobachevsky solutions of the Conformal Chern-Simons gravity in three dimensions. We propose as well Lobachevsky boundary conditions which asymptotically leads to integrable, conserved and finite canonical charges. Then we explicitly obtain the one-loop partition function and discuss if it agrees with the results from Chiral gravity.
