Trade-Off Theory for Mathematical and Statistical Designs

Our goals during this research collaborative visit at IPM include:
To enhance the available trade-off theory developed by researchers at IPM, UIC and several other institutions in the world,
To build new mathematical and statistical tools useful in the area of trade-off for combinatorial designs as well as statistical designs,
To prepare a preliminary version of a short and yet comprehensive book on trade-off theory and its
applications so that the young and new investigators in this area can quickly and firmly build a solid
background for doing research in this very important and dynamic area of research. Eventually a
prominent math / stat publisher will publish this book for distribution.
