Abstract: | |||||
The Chaplygin's equation is generalized for the steady flow in two dimensions, with the plasma considered to be compressible, radiative and relativistic. Some solutions of this equation are considered for several kinds of plasmas. This includes the relativistic as well as the nonrelativistic temperature, strong and weak magnetic fields, and thermal radiation. For such flows the relativistic Bernolli's equation is derived. For all cases the limiting lines are derived. We have shown that the maximum velocity and the critical (limiting) velocity of the supersonic flow strongly depend on the temperature, magnetic field and radiation.
